FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are based in Vienna, Austria, but we ship from Czechia.
We use Packeta/Zásilkovna as our main delivery partner.
Delivery time depends on the availability of the product. If the product is in stock, your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link.
If the product is not in stock, it’s made to order. The production process and delivery time usually takes 3-6 weeks.
We currently ship across Europe.
The shipping cost is 3€.
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to hello@izastudio.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
You are always welcome to return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving a product ordered. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged. Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.
